I believe in treating each individual as a whole based on their unique circumstances, biology and lifestyle. This means replenishing needs through nutrient rich foods and supplements. It involves exploring root causes by identifying micronutrient deficiences, environmental toxins, pathogens, hormone imbalances, genetic variants, past traumas, stressful triggers, and the mind-body connection. It requires correcting over-nutrition by rebalancing essential fatty acids and reducing inflammation at a cellular level.
All disease stems from inflammation so it's critical that we find the sources, remove them, and provide the body with the nutrients and surroundings necessary to heal. Certain laboratory tests serve as tools providing insight to better understand what's happening within your body. By listening to your story, reviewing your lab markers, interpreting your studies, educating you as a client, and working with you to build a plan you believe in - I am committed to helping you find lasting solutions.
